5.1 By booking and completing a photography session, the Client acknowledges and consents to the use of their image, or the image of individuals included in the session, by the Photographer on their website and/or marketing materials.

6.1 The Photographer will deliver edited digital photographs within 24 hours of the session.
6.2 The photographs will be delivered digitally, and no physical copies are included unless explicitly stated in the purchase agreement.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

7.1 The Client may cancel the session up to 48 hours before the booking and receive a full refund.
7.2 If the session is canceled after this period but before it begins, the Client will receive a refund minus the deposit (20% of the total session fee).
7.3 No refunds will be provided if the session has already begun.
7.4 Sessions can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the session start time.
7.5 Sessions may only be rescheduled once. The Photographer cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled sessions but will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client.
7.6 The Photographer cannot be held responsible for weather conditions but will allow one reschedule due to bad weather.

By booking a session with Depth & Focus, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Contract. This agreement represents the entirety of the understanding between the Client and the Photographer. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
